Be ware of slick promises to draw you in.I was offered an incentive (by a manager) for expediting the "paperwork" process and a rate based on my credit rating as stated, that they did not honor.

My loan process was transferred to someone else who played dumb and it went back and forth and at the end of the day they refused to make it right. I had to choose between completing the loan and risk losing the locked rate and a lot of time to start the process over with another lender.

Also promised me my mortgage would not be sold And it was sold within 6 months of closing to a company with political and social ties that I vehemently oppose.VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: That the rate and terms kept changing, Broken promises.
