I called to be taken off the mailing list, and was shuffled to a second person who still wanted to talk about my refinancing; and I said "No, maling list" and she said "I can do that for you " and asked for my phone number and after I gave it, she disonnected me. Don't know if I have been removed, but after my 10th mailing, guess I will.

I did an application with loan depot Glenn Crowner out of the bolingbrook office was the contact person ,I guess because i didn't have a 800 credit score he didn't want to be bother with me my realtor reach out to him he said i will call you back hasn't reach back to her. you suppose to be a branch manager and don't even have your colleague reach out to the person if you not available. i'm dissatisfied with Glenn crowner office

Trying to refinance and going no where

Did you read the closing documents BEFORE you signed them? If you wanted cash back, you would have noticed on the Hud-1 if you were or not...

Then you refuse to sign. Sounds like you didn't read or understand anything...

i HAVE SENT MY PROOF OF INSURANCE SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY NEVER GET IT. IDONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. ALLTHEY DO IS SENT ME THE BILL FOR ADDITIONAL INSURANCE. I already have the insurance. Every time I call, Im given different information, yes they received nextime no we dont have it and so on and so forth.

Before the actuaries approved my loan they had already moved to set up appt for apprais. The appraiser called and the $450 was quickly deducted from my account before appointment was made. LD ended up asking for additional info that I did not have and so I decided not move forward with them and went w/ my bank instead. it has been 15 days no appraisal refund

Apathy, unfair practice and inefficient loan agents

To Whom it May Concern,

We applied for two loans with Loan Depot #s 10406**** and 10418****. The first one was during sep.2020 and the other one 2021.

As you could see from the date of the first one almost took six months. Both loan agents were inefficient, hardly communicate with us, many times we have to fax the same paperwork and the underwriter seems to be indifferent. I never heard of an application that is taking six months. The appraisal took more than one month to show up.

In the process many things changed due to the pandemic. As teachers our load changed for temporary time, but we have great value, great reserve and great location for our houses. Both are worth more than 3 million dollars. The mortgages are less than 1.4 million dollars.

10418**** is already for a second finance with loan depot. Originally the agents told me that the refi will not take more than 60 days. But unfortunately they were overwhelmed by many applications and hording more money that they overwhelmed themselves by many applications showing no respect or honesty toward their clients. I will give them an F on their effort.

They are rude. This costed me money in appraisal fees due to their unusual delay, credit pay, pulling credit too many times ( which is affected our good credit) and because they are not prompt in their work. I am totally disappointed with Loan Depot and I am sorry to say that I have a very negative feel about their agents. Other people that applied with Loan Depot warned me about the inefficiency of loan Depot.

They lack the quality of establishing personal relationship. I think they are right. I have a few requests from you to make up for my loss, long wait and loss of reducing my interest rates for along time.

These request include to cancel all the credit pulls, reimburse us with the appraisal due to loan agents apathy and inefficiency. Feel free to call me and discuss this issue.

They keep delaying the loan and loosing paper work. They show apathy and lack of respect to their customers. No one should apply for loans. Some loan agents are not respectful for people of color. We need loan-agency for people of color to defend their rights and help them to have fair rates.

Faulty Loan Application Through Builder Meritage Homes

Whatever you do, please do not try to get approved for a loan through this company. They are the worst. I was supposed to close on my home 3-25-21 and 2 days before closing, they're scrambling telling me they don't have my documents. Documents like, paystubs and W-2's and bank statements. Which I had forwarded to them a month before supposed closing date. I'm rushing trying to get documents over to them to meet the closing deadline and they don't approve the loan!! After being in contract for the home for 6 months waiting for it to be built!! They are unorganized and incompetent!! They knew my monthly income and credit score months before closing date!!! And didn't approve for income reasons!! Lies Lies!

I have been working on a refinancing my Home Mortgage and Investment property since 12/28/2020 and now its 4/11/2021 and still at the Underwriter trying to process the loan. I have been very frustrated throughout this process, lies too and been disrespected by the Loan Processor. This is the worst Mortgage Company and I would not recommend anyone to use their services.

They are incredible liars, all of them, they string you on and never do what they say they are going to do. It has now been 6-7 weeks and they keep telling me we will close the next day. They are frauds in every way, the loan officers have no training and do not even understand the basics of financing. They must be minimum wage workers. They made be pre-pay $600 for an appraisal which happened within 2 weeks. There is no customer service at all and if you work with Brandon the sales person he will tell you lies when and if you call him for information. Stay away from this horrible company.
