I went through all of the things necessary to get my home refinanced and did everything that I was asked to do. None of it was ever good enough even though they told me on the telephone that what I sent was exactly what they needed.

I am a disabled widow and can ill afford to spend the $1000 or more that it cost me to deal with them with no results. They eventually turned me down because I did not have a retirement account of $10000 or more even though I proved to them that I had the cash in a savings account.

Is cash not good enough anymore? I would not recommend them to anyone or attempt any further dealings with them.
